Welcome to Kimmei bamboo nursery

Our nursery has been in existence for over 30 years and with our knowledge and experience, Kimmei has become a household name at home and abroad.

We have the largest bamboo range in Europe with over 300 varieties and species, many of which were introduced by us.

The nursery has a large show garden with many bamboos, ornamental grasses and exotics where you can see what the mature plants look like.

Bamboo hedges: Evergreen (also non-invasive) bamboo hedges are increasingly used to create privacy. There are few plants that can hide unwanted views and prying eyes so quickly and effectively.
